Synopsis:
The filmmaker’s personal search for Baybayin or Alibata, the original Filipino writings before the Spaniards came and colonized the Philippines in 1521. The search will determine of such ancient alphabet still exists and practices all over the archipelago.

Left Turn, Punk Money and The Monkey and the Turtle at Sea Art-Busan Biennale 2008

“Left Turn”, a 15 mins animation produced by NCCA, “The Monkey and the Turtle“, an animated version of Jose Rizal’s original story and illustration, and my recent work “Punk Money” , an animation of Philippine money  together with a manual animation box is a video installation exhibiting on this coming Sea Art Festival - Busan Biennale 2008 at Pusan, Korea from 6 September - 15 November 2008.  For more infos visit their website at
